Music at the Spring

The Music at the Spring concert series is a ministry of our congregation.  Our goal is to provide Mechanicsburg and the surrounding community with quality musical performances that they otherwise might not have to ability to enjoy due to distance, cost, or accessibility.  We aim to provide concerts featuring music from a wide variety of genres and time periods.  Our performers are a mixture of the best our region has to offer as well as nationally and internationally acclaimed artists.  All concerts are free and open to the public, although a free will offering is taken.  If you have any questions or would like to be added to our mailing list, please email us at [email protected]

Coming Up Next:
The Great American Songbook

Our next concert will feature songs from the Great American Songbook.  From Irving Berlin to Ella Fitzgerald and Frank Sinatra to Lady Gag, performers have for decades loved singing this repertoire almost as much as audiences have loved hearing it.  While these songs were originally written the early-mid 20th century for Broadway and Hollywood, they have stood the test of time.  We are thrilled to welcome back Music at the Spring favorite Jeff Coon for an afternoon of songs like "Cheek to Cheek," "Moon River," and many more.  We hope you will join us!

Become a Music at the Spring Sponsor

One of our goals with this concert series is make quality music performances available to all people.  This is why we continue to make all our concerts free and open to the public.  While we do take a free-will offering, that only covers a small portion of putting on these events.  That is why we are so grateful for our ever growing list of sponsors who share their financial gifts with us to ensure the sustainability of this concert series.  If you or your business would like to join us in this endeavor, we invite you to download the appropriate sponsorship information form below.  All donation are tax-deductible and will be publicly recognized at our concerts.  If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to contact us at [email protected].  Join us in making sure these concerts continue for many years to come!

2025-2026 Season

Big Sky Quartet

On Sunday, November 9, 2025, Music at the Spring kicked off it's 4th Season with a performance by the Big Sky Quartet. This award-winning folk/roots band from Central PA performed an amazing program of almost entirely original works, and now has many new fans!  Their reputation for moving melodies and uplifting 3-part harmonies preceded them, and they more than delivered.  It was an uplifting afternoon of music our audience will not soon forget!
